Back in January, Dan and Ros wanted my help in trying out an idea for their “Save The Date” cards for their June wedding.

With August being marked by the end of my Korean language classes and generally getting ready for my round-the-world trip in September here’s a couple of things that I got to do in August that didn’t make it into their own post.

After Sylvia’s & Nestor’s wedding earlier in the day, I went over to Dan’s & Ros’s apartment where I was honoured to be their first dinner guest for Ros’s cooking. And so, as was befitting of the occasion, I photographed Chef Le in action as she whipped up a fabulous meal for all of us.

One of the great things that I love about London is the number of new restaurants to try out as well as old favourites to return back to. And this weekend, partly by design and partly by fate, turned out to be a throughly enjoyable yet gluttonous continuous stream of good food catching up with a whole bunch of friends that I’ve not seen for ages.

Back in November last year I set up an automated link so that my posts would feed into Facebook as new notes.
