Last Saturday, fulfilling one of my duties as best man, I got up at some ridiculously early hour to join Ros & Dan and their bridesmaids, Arti & Melek, for a planning visit to their wedding venue – Northbrook Park.
For Arti, Melek, and myself, it was our first look at the venue. It looked perfect for their wedding – especially the beautiful room they were going to tie the knot in – and we got some ideas for where the dinner & dance would be hosted whilst Ros was all about the flowers!
Plus it was a good opportunity to get to know the bridemaids a little so that we could start properly ganging up on the happy couple … hee hee. So who’s up for some high-wire zip lining? :D
@Dan: BTW, I’m still in denial that I have to give a speech at your wedding. :P
