After my first night in Seoul, here’s the second photo set covering my day trip with Yeji to the picturesque Chungju Lake in Chungcheonbuk province.
Some of the highlights were:
- Completely having fun chatting and laughing away with Yeji throughout the whole day which I’ve totally missed
- Seeing Yeji enjoy the Hotel Chocolat gift I got her – part of a chocolate-themed present for her throughout my trip
- Enjoying the tranquility and beauty of Chungju Lake as we sailed across to Danyang
- Having Yeji make me hike up part of a mountain, realising very quickly how unfit I was, and somehow not dying to see the awesome vista from the observation post
- Trying octopus bulgogi for the first time and actually finishing it all off
