Minkyeng’s Farewell

Image above: After dinner at my Dad’s old restaurant to catch up with Min and Tomoko about their Egypt / Turkey trips, we chilled out in one of my fav places in Central – Curzon Soho. (L-R) Tae, Chitose, myself, Minkyeng, Min’s friend, and Tomoko

With Min back only for a few days in London after her trips to Egypt and Turkey before she had to return to Korea, I managed to see her twice before she flew out and took a few photos.

First was dinner on Friday at Young Cheng on Shaftesbury Avenue. It’s one of their usual places to eat out and, unbeknownst to them, one which my father used to own until recently. Small world indeed!

And the second was when Yeji and I stopped by to join Min for her lunch at Tomoko’s before she flew out that same evening. Min wanted to an English fry up so I ended up making a Jamie Oliver style one for the girls. It was fun cooking in a student kitchen again … been quite a long time since I’ve done that.

So Min, hope that you’re having a great time back home and here’s to when we meet up again in person.
